What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, JTG Jewelry provides a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
