At JTG Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
